Our processing time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Special circumstances: Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or due to force majeure events (such as weather etc.). We will post advance notices on our website homepage or product pages, so please stay updated.

II. Shipping Areas & Carriers
Shipping areas: We currently ship to most regions within the United States.

Non-shippable areas: For orders shipping to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote US regions, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you after you place the order to confirm. If you do not accept the additional fees, we will proactively contact you and process a refund.

III. Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

Typically takes 2-7 business days (calculated from the date of shipment). Actual times may vary depending on the destination's customs policies, holidays, and other factors.

Please note: The above delivery times are estimates, do not include order processing time, and are subject to delays due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, etc. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers but will do our best to assist you in tracking your package status.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping on our products to most regions within the United States, excluding some remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote US regions.

IV. Package Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address containing a tracking number and a query link.

You can use this tracking number on the respective logistics carrier's official website to check the real-time status of your package.

If you do not receive the tracking email within 2 days after shipment, please first check your spam/junk folder, or contact us at tadalimited@outlook.com.

V. Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
The destination country may impose customs duties, import taxes, goods taxes, etc., on packages.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot control nor predict the specific taxes and fees that may be applied by your country.

VI. Lost or Damaged Packages
Carrier Responsibility: Once we deliver the package to the carrier, the safety of the package during transit becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Handling Lost/Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at cs@tadascale.com.

We will assist you in initiating an investigation and claim with the logistics carrier. Please note that this process may take some time based on the carrier's terms.

To protect your rights, please be sure to keep the original product packaging and take photos as evidence for the claim.

VII. Shipping Address Changes
After successfully paying for your order, please double-check the shipping address carefully.

If you need to change the address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify it for you.

Once the order enters the processing or shipped stage, we will be unable to change the shipping address.
